GOOD NEWS! Late in the day on 6/30/10 Congress passed an extension of the Homebuyers Tax Credit!  This extension only applies to transactions that were under contract as of 4/30/10 and  have not closed yet.  The NEW closing deadline for these eligible transactions is 9/30/10.
